On January 15, 2025, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant inaugurated the CARES (Coding and Robotics Education in Schools) Educational Tools and Products at the Goa Science Centre in Panaji. This initiative is aimed at bolstering coding and robotics education in schools throughout Goa, equipping students with the necessary resources to develop skills for future careers.

During the event, students who won national-level Coding and Robotics competitions were also recognized and awarded for their impressive accomplishments. The CARES initiative aligns with the state’s focus on promoting STEM education, aiming to empower students to excel in technology fields.

The ceremony highlighted the significance of encouraging young talent in areas such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, paving the way for innovation in education.
