
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant recently participated in the closing ceremony of the Yuva Utsav at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali, where he awarded prizes to the winners of various sports and cultural competitions. The event highlighted the state’s commitment to youth empowerment, with initiatives such as a medical camp, career guidance sessions, and an e-Shram stall aimed at supporting the local community.
In addition to honoring the winners, CM Sawant distributed bicycles to children from underprivileged families as part of an effort to promote inclusivity and empowerment. He expressed his gratitude towards the Directorate of Education, the Labour Department, and corporate partners for their valuable contributions to the event’s success.
The Yuva Utsav, designed to showcase the talents of young people, was a vibrant celebration of Goa’s dynamic youth. This event also emphasized the state government’s continued focus on improving educational infrastructure and supporting social welfare initiatives.
