
In a recent press statement, Goa’s Chief Minister Pramod Sawant addressed the ongoing investigations into multiple scams, including land frauds and job scams in the state. He assured the public that as of now, there has been no political involvement found in any of these cases. The CM emphasized that the police have been given a free hand in handling the investigations and are working diligently to bring the culprits to justice. He also confirmed that more than 17 additional cases have been filed following the initial report from Curtorim, and further inquiries are underway. Sawant reiterated that the government is committed to upholding justice and protecting the rights of every citizen, and the investigations will continue without political interference.
