Ponda police have successfully apprehended two primary suspects and three accomplices linked to the robbery of Rs. 1.5 lakh from a scooterist in Kundaim on October 9. The arrests were made possible through meticulous tracking via CCTV footage, which provided crucial evidence leading to their identification.

According to Superintendent of Police Sunita Sawant, the investigation also resulted in the recovery of the stolen cash and the seizure of the vehicle used in the crime. The swift action by the police has been praised, highlighting their commitment to ensuring public safety and bringing criminals to justice.
